The Internet is a weird and wonderful place. Today it brings us a crazy video posted on Holy Taco that highlights San Francisco’s team at the 1987 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championships. These dudes are awesome, AND they spank themselves about a minute into their routine. If this happened at my gym, I would actually go to classes instead of just spiking drinks at the juice bar.
